My life the past few weeks...

The past few months and weeks have been stressed. I wonder why? So much has been going on in my life. Changes, feelings, accomplishments...

Late night chats with friends have helped me to keep my life in perspective. Thank God for them! the past 2 weeks, I have felt so alone. Mom is gone, and it's just me at the house during the day. That lonely feeling just creeps in and stays there. At least until someone texts/facebooks me and cheers me up again. I have also found that baking cookies seems to be therapy for me. Or maybe it's the "eating them" part? The best thing is the last 2 weeks was that I finally DID get my driver's license. I love being able to go somewhere. :) That was definitely a highlight. Along with that comes this: I get to run errands and go the grocery store now. By myself. :) Hehe.

I love music. And lately I have been listening to alot of Rascal Flatts. I love his music. So I am going to share with you, my favorite of his songs. Hmm..I have alot of favorites, but this one is really just for 'me' right now. I have found this song to be so true for me.

Another highlight of the month: I will be spending the weekend with my best friend and her family. I love that I have the opportunity to do that. Sadly, that's not until the last weekend of the month. :( Still, I'm very excited!

I will be gone for 10 days this month. We are going to Virginia to get my mom and sister. I am looking forward to the opportunity to drive on the way there. :) It should be fun, and I am excited about spending time with my Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, and Cousins. I also have a rush order to get out. Fast. I hope that I can do it around everything else.

The 4th was a big thing in town this year, so Judson and I went to check it out.

Oh , and I figured out why moms are so tired. I have almost gotten my fill of housekeeping, and being the 'mom'. Between all the laundry, dishes, packing lunches, making supper, and everything else I find to do, the day..... goes poof! And some moms even work, on top of all this!! You're my hero, I love you, Mom!!

P. S. Please, either make the rain stop, or finance an Ark for me? :D
